What you need to succeed:
- Modern C++
- Concise interpersonal communication
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- Experience with RTOS and/or real-time highly transactional data
- Knowledge of functional programming (will take someone doing on their own).
- Prefer Elixir but Haskell, lisp, Scala, F#, erlang, Clojure, OCaml, etc. OK.
