SpringbokIT is seeking an Application Engineer to leverage their top-notch problem-solving skills and curate an outstanding customer journey for a one of the fastest growing startups. You will serve as a critical team member by facilitating platform integrations; providing technical consultation about their tools; and engineering scalable, sustainable solutions throughout the entire customer journey.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer issues with deep understanding of all logs and data
- Call API over tools like Postman to execute in system operations over API
- Collaborate with Customer Success to analyze customer needs
- Provide insight into customer data via our export tools or queries
- Help customers to connect to our Open API and plan scenarios to aid them as they work through their own integrations
- Build integration workflows in Zapier
- Monitor production metrics and provide analysis and reaction plans for errors/failures
- Analyze issues with infrastructure and communicate with 3rd party service providers or the SPOTIO Dev team
- Coordinate resolution of infrastructure issues
- Re-scale cloud components and work to ensure platform scalability
Requirements:
- Fluent in some query languages like SQL, Kusto, or others
- Analytically minded
- Displays curiosity and inquisitiveness in solving complex problems
- Understands how REST APIs work
- Familiarity with Zapier integrations (or similar tool)
- Experienced with logs analysis and able to triage issues to the right person for solutions
- Experienced with how mobile and web apps communicate with the server
- Basic knowledge of HTTP protocols
- Basic knowledge about how web browsers work
- Basic knowledge about how mobile apps work in both the Google and iOS ecosystems
Bonuses:
- Knowing any programming language
- Ability to use tools such as Postman
- Inventive in developing workaround solutions for customers
- Experienced in monitoring cloud solutions like in AWS, Azure or Google cloud console
- Knowledgeable about metrics gathered by IT systems
- Able to create your own alert rules in monitoring to proactively react on infrastructure issues
