One of our clients in St. Peters, MO, is searching for a detail-oriented, flexible candidate who can prioritize and communicate efficiently in fast-paced environments. The Senior UX Designer will partner with internal stakeholders and team members on technical projects to improve user experience across all digital platforms, directly contributing to and influencing product design.

Responsibilities:
- Consult with stakeholders and software architects to analyze limitations and capabilities of data processing projects
- Analyze user needs and conduct testing with tools such as Full Story
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions
- Present solutions, wireframes, and walk through with software engineers, providing support and direction to the development teams
- Utilize user design best practices to create solutions that meet business needs
- Prepare reports concerning project specifications, activities, or status
- Collaborate with other software architects, data analyst and other stakeholders
- Modify software programs to improve performance
- Assess database performance
- Collaborate with others to resolve information technology issues
- Collaborate with others to determine design specifications or details
- Communicate design ideas and user flows to developers & product teams
- Work with IT team members to troubleshoot issues and/or UI questions
- Perform post production review to ensure successful implementation and work with production support team members to research any issues
- Other duties as assigned
- Keep up with compliance training
- Train users to use new or modified equipment
Qualifications & Skills:
- 4+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Science, Computer Sciences, or equivalent
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically using XD
- Familiar with Microsoft products
- Strong oral and written communication
Bonuses:
